A transformative experience with our Corporados

Together with the Corporados who work every day at Finca Robles, we experienced an unforgettable day full of learning and connection.

In a unique environment, away from the daily routine, we enjoyed training given by professional psychologists, addressing key issues for our personal and collective development:

• Human Rights: Reflecting on the importance of respecting and defending our dignity.

• Women's Empowerment: Promoting equality and recognizing the strength and leadership of women in our team.

• Personal Finance: Learning to better manage our resources to achieve our goals.

• Values for a Healthy Coexistence: Reinforcing respect, empathy and collaboration as pillars of our relationships.

This day allowed us to grow as individuals and as a community, reaffirming our commitment to the well-being and progress of all those who are part of this project.
